Consultation on Draft Guidance on Auditor Liability Limitation Agreements

Between December 2007 and March 2008 the FRC Working Group on Auditor Liability Limitation Agreements consulted on draft guidance to directors on the use of such agreements. The final guidance was published in June 2008.
